Montecito Lawn Services believes in people taking care of people. What better way to give back to our community than by partnering with our city?  The City of Pharr has a Property Maintenance Assistance program designed to help our elderly, veterans, and residents with disabilities to maintain their yard. Each month, Montecito donates our services to a Pharr resident in need through this program.  This is our small way of lending a helping hand.  If you, or someone you know of, wants more information, please contact the City of Pharr Code Compliance Division at 956-402-2633.
